Maybe you have wondered about journalling but not known where to start or given up after just a short time. Whether you are new to journaling or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you. What will I learn? Journaling can significantly enhance emotional awareness, boost resilience, and support overall well-being by providing a safe space for self-expression, helping to process thoughts and emotions, and promoting a deeper understanding of your mental and emotional landscape. We will explore a variety of journaling techniques, each offering its own unique benefits and we will explore the many benefits to our mental health of maintaining a regular journaling practice. Through consistent journaling, you can cultivate a more balanced, mindful, and resilient approach to How can I use what I learn? You will leave having started your own journal, with some practical hints, tips, and resources for you to try and which could help you to continue.
