Who is this for? Self-Doubt can have a negative impact on our wellbeing, our relationships with ourselves and others. This workshop has been designed for anyone wishing to gain control of their inner narrative of self-doubt and investigate practical strategies to overcome it, build self-confidence, a stronger sense of self-worth, and improve their lives. What will I learn? By attending this workshop, you will learn practical tools to manage self-doubt. We will work through a set of strategies that can be used when the inner critic shows up and makes us doubt of our abilities, capabilities, or skills. You will be able to start challenging and controlling the inner critic, compiling evidence that prove your worth and skills and work towards improving yourself one step at a time. How can I use what I learn? The skills and knowledge gained from this workshop can be applied in various ways to improve your daily life - from being able to identify your self-doubting patterns to creating a more compassionate and positive way to address ourselves. The practical exercises taught in the workshop can be easily applied to our everyday life and allow us to formulate more constructive perspectives and a more positive sense of self.
