Course / Workshop Content

Who is this for? This supportive workshop is for anyone who feels it is challenging to build or deepen friendships as an adult and would like to explore ways to create meaningful connections. Whether you are feeling isolated, starting fresh in a new place, or simply want to expand your social circle, this session offers a welcoming space to start. What will I learn? Although making friends as an adult may feel daunting, research shows that meaningful connections are essential for our well-being. In this workshop, we will explore the challenges of building friendships, uncover what might be holding you back, and learn practical strategies to approach social interactions with more confidence. Together, we will create a supportive foundation to help you foster authentic friendships. How can I use what I learn? You will take home some practical tips and a personalised plan to help you, better social interactions, and increased happiness.
