Join us for this 2-hour workshop designed to explore inner strengths, reassess limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your values. We will work towards upgrading our beliefs to aligning better with who we are at the core so we can feel more confidence, resilience, and fulfilled and make meaningful choices to navigate challenges with a stronger sense of purpose. Who is this for? This course is for anyone seeking to understand their strengths, how their belief system builds up over time and reconnect with their values and beliefs to develop inner strengths to lead a meaningful life and build up a strong foundation for navigating life’s challenges. What will I learn? This course designed to help you uncover and develop your character strengths, reappraise those beliefs that might be limiting you in achieving full potential, and align with your core values and needs. By understanding what truly matters to you, you will gain a deeper sense of purpose and confidence in your abilities. We will explore how values shape us and what strengths you have used over time to build up resilience, fulfilment and a sense of control and purpose. How can I use what I learn? You can apply what you learn to your day-to-day interaction with the world and others, and to make choices that align with your core values and your authentic self. Some of the practical strategies shown will help you reflect on how you tackle or approach daily activities to make them more meaningful to you.
