VSI RAZOM – The Ukraine group of local women who organise and distribute collections for transport to the heart of Ukraine are hosting a 3 day fundraising event and are looking for volunteers to help.
ALL FUNDS go to the charity group in maintaining support for Ukraine.
The main job to be covered is marshalling the car park and directing people to Peacock Farm. If they get enough volunteers then there is also an information stall to be staffed including promoting the homes for Ukraine sponsorship scheme.
The hours where volunteers are desperately needed are:
Friday 29th July 4pm -10pm
Saturday 30th July 11am -8pm
Sunday 31st July 11am – 6pm
- THE EVENT -
29th 30th 31st Music festival and family days ( magician, stilt-walkers, hook a duck etc ) plus food stalls and approx. 5 local acts a day performing.
If you would be able to offer some time for this event can I ask you to please email: please community@theark.org.uk asap (and no later than noon on Monday 25th July) with the hours you are able to volunteer. They will then confirm the details to you.
